This is a really well-written article. New and long enough, neutrally written and well-sourced, no copyvio detected (only attributed quotes were matched), both hooks are supported by citations and interesting. I slightly prefer the first one in terms of interestingness but both are fine. QPQ done. Note to promoter: please double check any changes to the article that have occurred since this review as the subject is relatively recent and the article is getting lots of edits.
